Information clause

in accordance with the provision of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter "RODO".

We hereby inform you that we process your personal data, i.e. name, e-mail address, telephone number.

To respond to or contact you in connection with completing and submitting the contact form on the BBBS website.

4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:

Article 6(1) a of the GDPR, i.e. consent, the consent of which is voluntary and optional, but failure to provide it will prevent the processing of your request.

5. The receivers of your personal data are/may be:

- B. Braun group companies;

- entities operating our ICT systems;

- entities providing legal assistance services to us.

6. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to respond to your enquiry, but not longer than 3 months.

7. You are entitled to:

- request BBBS to access and receive a copy of the personal data provided;

- to rectify and/or erase the personal data

- to restrict processing, i.e. only to their storage or for other purposes agreed with BBBS;

- the right to data portability, i.e. to receive the data in a structured, commonly used format for transfer to another Data Protection Officer;

 - The right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal;

- The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority if you consider that we are violating data protection legislation.

8. Your personal data will not be used for profiling or any other automated decision making process.

9. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.
