B. Braun Hackathon
The B. Braun Hackathon and Smart Solutions Conference 2024 took place from 30 September to 2 October 2024 in Freiburg with the aim of familiarising the development and product teams of B. Braun's digital community with the services and standards for developing smart solutions.
Representatives from the BBBS teams were also present in Freiburg:
- Data Innovation and Data Intelligence,
- Identity Management,
- Smart Automation Services,
who had the opportunity to share their expertise through participation in a hackathon, conference and networking. The presentation attended by Danuta Dopierała (Data Innovation and Data Intelligence team) covered the topic of reporting ‘Data Demands’ as part of the ‘Data Demand to Data Delivery’ process associated with the Group Digital Department JIRA Service Desk, which is part of the standard processes for the Group Digital Department. k, który jest częścią procesów standardowych dla Group Digital Department.
The SAS team also took an active part in the event, participating in the Smart Automation section during the conference.
To promote innovation and cross-divisional collaboration, two event formats took place simultaneously in Freiburg: The Hackathon focused on practical problem-solving of use cases using the Digital Foundation's technologies and services and The Smart Solution Conference was targeted at teams that implement and operate digital solutions in their daily business. Another topic, besides the company's future focus on high-quality, available data, was the entire process for the development, sales, and operation of smart solutions. This holistic approach ensures that all steps from the initial idea to development, market launch, and daily operations are seamlessly integrated.
