About us
B. Braun Business Services sp. z o.o. is part of the B. Braun - a market-leading medical technology company. B. Braun has more than 65,000 employees in 64 countries around the world.
The group's global operations and the progressive standardisation of processes have contributed to the implementation of the Shared Services Centre concept. Starting in 2013, we have been handling financial processes, and in the following years our activities were expanded to the areas of IT and HR. To ensure the highest quality of services, in 2021 B. Braun Business Services Poland was spin-off.

At every step, from recruitment and onboarding, we care about the culture of the organisation. We focus on the diversity of our teams. Collaboration and communication are the most important part of building a positive experience for every employee. The number of women and men we employ is almost equal.
Special occasions
Team strength
We value time spent together - periodically organising team-building meetings and various activities - quizzes, Christmas gatherings, etc. We celebrate birthdays, promotions and other events that provide an opportunity to be together. We have Fruit Thursdays in both offices because of which the number of meetings and discussions in our kitchen increases significantly.
