In accordance with the provision of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter "GDPR",

We hereby inform you that we process your personal data, i.e. your name, e-mail address, telephone number, city and country of residence, and the data you have entered in your CV or application, including your image if your CV contains your photograph..

3. The purpose of processing your personal data is:

carrying out the recruitment process at BBBS

4. The basis for processing your personal data is:

- Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR, i.e. taking steps to conclude a contract of employment or a civil law contract;

- Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. your consent with regard to data that goes beyond the scope of data of job applicants indicated in the Labour Code.

The provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will result in your inability to participate in the recruitment process.

5. Recipients of your personal data are/may be:

- Companies that operate our ICT systems;

- entities providing postal services, i.e. Poczta Polska SA, TNT Polska Sp. z o.o;

- entities providing us with legal assistance services;

- Affiliated companies of the B. Braun Group.

6. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process and, if you are not accepted, for a period of 3 years from the end of the recruitment process. If you give your consent for future recruitment, we will continue to process your personal data until you withdraw your consent.

7. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal.

8. You have the right to:

- request BBBS to access the personal data provided and to receive a copy of the personal data;

- to rectify and/or erase your personal data;

- to restrict processing, i.e. only to their storage or for other purposes agreed with BBBS,

- to data portability, i.e. to receive the data in a structured, commonly used format for transfer to another personal data controller;

- to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority if you consider that we are in breach of data protection legislation.

9. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling or other automated decision-making processes.

10. Your personal data may be transferred to third countries, i.e. to affiliates of B. Braun located outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, subject to the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
