General Accounting: perform and support monthly and annual closing activities for companies in service for fixed asset accounting, constant assurance of data quality within the area of asset management, participation in the improvements of asset accounting processes, support for global projects related to asset accounting

24/7 System Administration & Monitoring (System Administration Windows, Vmware, Linux, SAP BASIS): ensuring the continuous availability, security and performance of IT systems, administration of servers, databases and other IT infrastructure elements on a 24/7 basis.
24/7 Service Desk (internal and external): Providing technical support to employees and internal customers, handling requests, diagnosing problems and providing quick solutions, ensuring a high level of customer service and continuity of IT services 24/7.
The process is usually a two-step. In the first stage, a 30-minute interview with a recruiter, the candidate has the opportunity to learn more about the company, its structure, working hours and benefits. The second stage is a technical interview with managers, during which the candidate learns more technical details about the role they are applying for and the responsibilities.
During the recruitment process, the candidate is supported at each stage by the recruiter, who returns to the candidate with feedback and answers the candidate's ongoing questions. For the comfort of the candidates, interviews usually take place online, on the MS Teams platform.
Depending on the position, the details of onboarding may be different. Typically, within three months, the new employee should receive all the necessary training to enable them to work independently. Onboarding is overseen by a manager who dedicates colleagues responsible for specific areas of implementation.
