The turn of November and December was marked at B. Braun Business Services Poland under the banner of the SSC/BPO Week. This is an initiative of the Poznań City Hall's Investor Services Office enabling secondary school students to get to know the modern services sector at close distance.
Shared Services Center
Our actions
The first part was a meeting at the Charles de Gaulle Secondary School no. 2, where our representatives presented to the students how a Shared Services Centre works, on the example of B. Braun.
On Friday, the first of December, students had the opportunity to visit our Poznań office and see for themselves how we operate. The meeting took the form of a short presentation and a discussion with our employees. The students learned, among other things, how to start a career in the SSC sector, how to prepare for a recruitment interview and what to pay attention to in preparing a CV.
We hope that the conversations with employees who started their careers at B. Braun Services Poland were a good dose of motivation, inspiration and guidance for the young people visiting us. See you next year!
