in accordance with the provision of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter "GDPR".
We hereby inform you that we process your personal data, i.e. name, telephone number, place of work.

3. The purpose of processing personal data is:
implementation of the recruitment procedure for an apprenticeship or internship at BBBS
4. The basis for processing your personal data is:
- Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the controller to contact the apprenticeship/ internship supervisor in case of conclusion of an apprenticeship or internship contract;
5. The recipients of your personal data are/may be:
- entities operating our ICT systems;
- entities providing postal services, i.e. Poczta Polska SA, TNT Polska Sp. z o.o.;
- entities providing legal aid services to us.
6. Personal data will be processed for the period of the recruitment process for the apprenticeship or internship, and in the case of:
- not to accept the candidate you have indicated, for the period necessary to delete the data, but no longer than 3 months after receiving the application;
- in the case of the conclusion of a contract with the candidate you have indicated, for the period of the contract;
7. You have the right to:
- request BBBS to access and receive a copy of the personal data provided;
- to rectify and/or erase the personal data
- to restrict processing, i.e. only to their storage or for other purposes agreed with BBBS;
- the right to data portability, i.e. to receive the data in a structured, commonly used format for transfer to another Data Protection Officer;- The right to object to the processing of data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the controller; an objection can be made on grounds relating to your particular situation;
- the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection
if you consider that we are violating data protection legislation.
8. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling or other automated decision making processes.
9. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.
