First professional experience at B. Braun Business Services Poland
We are part of the international B. Braun concern, one of whose main values is sharing knowledge and experience. In line with this idea, we decided to take a step towards educating young people - we give them the opportunity to complete internships and internships, allowing them to gain valuable professional experience.
Internships
Internships are the best way to gain your first work experience. Every year, interns come to us. We co-operate with schools and universities to implement interesting projects with them, such as the SSC/BPO Week organised under the patronage of the Poznań City Hall. This is a great way to get to know the company "from the inside", establish contacts, and also to get valuable experience, which is very important in the job market.
Nowy Tomyśl & Poznań
Internships are conducted in Nowy Tomyśl and Poznań, allowing participants to learn about the processes in a Shared Services Centre from a practical perspective.
General Accounting: perform and support monthly and annual closing activities for companies in service for fixed asset accounting, constant assurance of data quality within the area of asset management, participation in the improvements of asset accounting processes, support for global projects related to asset accounting
Accounts Payable: Processing of incoming invoices, Handling dunning letters, Intercompany Reconciliation and TP Balance confirmation, FEBA, verification of payment proposals, Creation of new vendors, Streamlining and automating of processes, Verifying and capturing data from invoices, aviso and PO confirmations (OCR)
Accounts Receivable: Issuing dunning letters, Direct debit & reimbursement payment runs, Month end closing – acc. reconciliation, bad debt provision, TM1 reporting, Collection activities (IC, export business and domestic), Credit Management
Smart Automation Services
Front Office EMEA: Employee Position, Working Hours, compensations and payroll, personal evaluation, holidays/vacations, employee trainings, recruitment & Job posting, controls for employee changes
Back Office EMEA: Manage hire/rehire, job change, transfer and planned long term absences, Create and update position, Cooperation with payroll / Functional Consultants SF, Creation of documents, Maintain employee Data
Global Services: Reports creation – local and global range, also customized reports, Data correctness checks, Support to the local HR Departments in Reporting related questions
Professional Services & Governance: management of IT projects and services provided within the SSC, monitoring and improvement of IT processes, ensuring compliance with norms, regulations and industry standards
Enterprise Application (SAP, SAP ABAP, BPM PEGA): management and maintenance of IT systems, implementation, updating and optimisation of corporate applications, ensuring the security and availability of applications critical to the functioning of the organization
Agile IT Software Development (Microsoft.NET, JAVA Backend, Frontend developments, Integration engineering): develop and implement software in accordance with Agile methodologies, maintain high quality code in line with best programming practices, respond quickly to changes in business requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
24/7 System Administration & Monitoring (System Administration Windows, Vmware, Linux, SAP BASIS): ensuring the continuous availability, security and performance of IT systems, administration of servers, databases and other IT infrastructure elements on a 24/7 basis.
24/7 Service Desk (internal and external): Providing technical support to employees and internal customers, handling requests, diagnosing problems and providing quick solutions, ensuring a high level of customer service and continuity of IT services 24/7.
